How are your jewellery boxes manufactured ?
All our jewellery boxes are manufactured with the utmost care, a lot of passion and a measure of naughtiness. Our workshop is located in France, and so are our partners, who may assist us for some steps of the production process. Our materials come from European manufacturers, to ensure the best quality on all products.
Can the jewellery boxes be on sale ?
Our products are not daily consumer goods, and we do not hold sales.

How can I pay on the website?
You may pay by credit card. If you would like to use another payment method, please contact us by email (email@example.com).
Is the jewellery box replaced if it is broken or damaged ?
Our jewellery boxes are all handmade in our workshop, we have several quality controls all through the manufacturing process, however the human eye is not perfect. Should you come across a defective jewellery box, please contact us so we can organise its replacement.
How can I cancel my order ?

Merci de nous faire part de votre demande directement par mail muni de votre N° de commande à firstname.lastname@example.org, nous pourrons alors prendre en compte votre demande et annuler votre commande. Toute commande personnalisée ne peut être annulée.
What is the average delivery time ?
Delivery time is indicated according to the chosen carrier if you place your order on our website. If we ship your order in a padded envelope, as a tracked letter, delivery time is generally 48 to 72 hours.

What colours do you offer?
You can find all the colours we offer on each product page. If your request is for a particular colour, please contact us. As we work with European suppliers, we may well achieve the impossible.
Can your jewellery boxes be found in a jewellery shop ?
Niroji products can be found in a large number of associated jewelleries. Please contact us and we will provide the address of the nearest one.
